Reconnect Festival 2011

My creative collaborators and I had the opportunity last weekend to create some art for Reconnect festival out at Bow hill in South Australia.Reconnect is the creation of the amazing Astral Lotus Crew, and this year they had trully outdone themselves, creating a vivid crazy multi-coloured party environment with two stages, food stalls and rediculous amounts of amazing sculpture and projections. 

As we were offered the opportunity randomly a week earlier it was a bit of a mad rush to get vj content for projection ready and create the sculpture, but it all fell into place really organically, with some of the projection content being generated on the site over the weekend.

Rainbow Serpent 2012

Exciting things are starting to happen now! After a year filled with sickness and disorganization I am finally starting to feel alive agian. This means it is time to get busy with projects.

One of the main projects for the tail end of this year will be getting ready to have a stall for Rainbow Serpent Festival. This is my one big thing I do every year. It is a time to relax, meet new people and reconnect.

I have been given the great opportunity to be involved in this years Splendid Arts lab :D
In a few weeks I will be off to hang out with 14 other artists in a creative think tank type environment to be nurtured along by seven top notch provocateurs such as Craig Walsh and
